Below are some free resources that might be of help for individuals / families and mental health professionals currently impacted by global conflicts.

If you or someone you know have been impacted by global conflict, we are also open to offering free individual counselling in English, support groups or other resources that might be helpful.

Self-help for Anyone in Distress

Download the illustrated self-help book, Doing What Matters in Times of Stress it you are experiencing elevated stress.

It contains practical tools for coping with stress, including mindfulness, self-compassion, and values-focused exercises and activities. It was created by WHO and is available in many languages.

Many of the exercises in the book are also available as short guided audio exercises in a number of languages.
